Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms along with resistance training. Every Zumba class is a party and each one of our Zumba certified instructors provide a unique style!
HIP HOP CARDIO
Experience a level of street-style Hip Hop focused on a more intricate choreography with directional changes. Dancers will begin inventing themselves through their own style with the assistance and direction from an experienced instructor utilizing techniques used for pop/flow, slo-mo and robotics. Be ready to have fun!
MixxedFit is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning. Everything about this dance fitness program can be described as explosive—all of the movements are always big, exaggerated and full-out. Get ready to work out muscles you didn’t know you had!
CARDIO TONE UP
Our Cardio Tone Up is a full-body cardio workout using a variety of cardio exercises for a total body workout. We use small dumbbells and is circuit-based to ensure toning and conditioning of your entire body. This class provides muscular strength, endurance, and weight loss.
All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications available for any fitness level.
Shimmying, wiggling and undulating your belly provides a solid core workout and could help you lose fat, improve posture, reduce stress, tone up and help your self-esteem! Expect to dance some energetic basic Latin rhythms during this class and get a total body workout
Christian meditation is a form of prayer in which a structured attempt is made to become aware of and reflect upon the revelations of God. Is the process of deliberately focusing on specific thoughts such as a bible passage and reflect on their meaning in the context of the love of God.
Join this class and learn to integrate mindfulness meditation, Biblical principles, and breathwork. The breathing exercises will help you improve mental, physical, and spiritual health
